I’m currently the Director of Finance at the Bloomingdale School of Music. My previous nonprofit finance experience has been with Opening Act as a Bookkeeper and Business Manager and with the New York City Department of Education Arts Office as Company Manager for the All-In Teen Theatre Ensemble. A heartfelt shout-out to our amazing Board Treasurer, Kayla Jackmon! Her exceptional financial expertise and teaching skills have been instrumental in handling TAG’s finances. Kayla’s dedication to teaching financial literacy, her patience in explaining budgets, and her generosity in guiding our newest ED, Kerry, on QuickBooks has been invaluable to our organization. We truly appreciate her multi-talented contributions as a teaching artist, actor, and finance professional, and we are grateful for her passion in serving various roles in arts education. Thank you Kayla for all that you do! - Teaching Artists Guild
